DEMO — The Dune Residence is a fictional residential project set in Muscat, Oman. Its concept pairs a warm mineral palette with tactile fabrics, generous gathering spaces and carefully considered joinery. The imagined brief centres on a home that feels composed yet lived in. Photography is illustrative stock imagery and does not depict work completed by Studio Forma. The project name, location, year and Completed status are demonstration data.
This project, its location, year and status are demonstration data. The images are mood references and do not document a real commission.
