A closer look at the surfaces that make a space feel like somewhere.
The character of a space often begins with what you can touch. Timber introduces variation. Stone brings a sense of permanence. Textiles soften the edges between the two.
In this editorial concept, we explore a small, deliberate material palette. Repeating a finish in different moments creates continuity, while changes in texture make each room distinct.
A useful starting point is to consider light, maintenance and the way a surface will age. A beautiful material should also make sense for the people who use it every day. This is general design inspiration for a demo, not a specification for a real project.
